Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Randal was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Randal alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted.
