History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. After a long history of fighting, Bertram and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Tim alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Tim was horrified and prayed that his father was alright.
