Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lance grew up listening to his mother's many stories. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Lance alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Lance was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and wants his loneliness to end

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His hair is cut close to his head. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: He prefers to wear black clothing when he does not wear armor. He carries a battered bow and tarnished mace as well. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy silver hair. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. Conrad was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Conrad decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears bulky tan painted plate armor. He has done his best to style his red hair to look like a famous performer. He has a dull look in his gray eyes.
Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Sailor business.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kyle grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kyle. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
