History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Frederick was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Carter. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
