History: Miles was born with his mother's beautiful face. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He bought a longbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a blue vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His white leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his blue boots flare out at the collars. His hair is long and black with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small blue clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are gray.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Carter born in the past three hundred years. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Rolf lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Carter responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Arnold was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Carter they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Seamstress, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: Alex was born the youngest of three triplets. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
