Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears tattered old clothes. He has a long golden beard with little hanging trinkets. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Adam hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. At a young age his father died while driving off some gnolls. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in hammer use. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: This malnourished man wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He is bald on top and has large blonde tufts of hair around his ears. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He got into the Fletcher business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Locksmith, but he got bored and became a Fletcher. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Description: This slender man stands about 6'5". He likes to wear green tank tops with red pants. His auburn hair and beard is wavy and long. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has worked as a Fletcher like his mother before him.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Sage. He has a very tight haircut. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. The war was a terrible time for him, and Adelard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Description: This man is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes., and sports empty pouches on his belt. With a patchy silver beard and wild silver hair. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Being a Scribe kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he has money and likes to spend it
