History: Gilbert was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Navigator they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Brewer, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and doesn't want to be a brewer and was forced into it by his family
