History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: He wears long strands of aquamarine and short red dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'2" when asserting himself. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born in a small desert village. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Arnold grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Arnold.
