Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.
