History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Roland alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
