History: He was born in a small island village. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gunter grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gunter. Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it
