Personal [hide]
Description: This man stands a little under 5'0" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He very much looks the part of a Bookbinder. He has a very tight haircut. He has several tiny amethyst earrings on each ear.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.
History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Roger took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up glaive and armor he uses now. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Gerald Hale, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His black hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He has a dull look in his blue eyes.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Roofer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gerald grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gerald. After months of barely getting by, Gerald managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he is greedy
