History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. After a long history of fighting, Balimaar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a glaive on his belt. His hair is cut close to his head. His gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and to unite with his brother

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He tends to his Bather job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and balancing his hectic life and new bather responsibilities is difficult

His right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His hair is long and chestnut with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small white clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Kyle speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Kyle lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He is greedy; and doesn't want to be a barber and was forced into it by his family
