Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Hugh was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. Being a Dilettante kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored.
