Description: He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a brown coat. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His auburn hair is lengthy. This brown eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: Henry is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Henry was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He is wearing a long, yellow, dusty cloak. He has wavy auburn hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.
History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Don took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up morningstar and armor he uses now. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Beggar.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: This malnourished man wears a red costume with the symbols of magic on his torso. His brown hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: The child of a Sailor, who enjoyed hunting, Balimaar was taken on many hunting expeditions. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Balimaar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Balimaar. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His auburn hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. This hazel eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Everard never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: He was born in a small desert village. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
