His skin is also unnaturally pale. His white hair is thinning but still full. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Barrister but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born in the east. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Manfred was born the youngest of three triplets.
