Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
