Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'1" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He has a very tight haircut. His skin is flawless and his brown eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. The war was a terrible time for him, and Manfred does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Manfred and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He got into the Guard business at a young age. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Guard and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he's looking for his big break

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears tan painted combat armor at almost all times. His golden hair is matted, messy, and big. His fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he feels threatened by others

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He wears his silver hair down. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 12. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his painting with anyone who is interested.

History: Kody was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
