Don Oakley, Male Human [Permalink]

Personal [hide]

Description: This tall, slender man dresses in tan turtlenecks beneath a black coat with white slacks. With bright blonde hair and a scraggly beard. His ears are large.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Lewis Yardley, Male Human [Permalink]

Personal [hide]

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing brown cape and mantle trimmed with soft green waves gently in the breeze. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His moppish golden hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Lewis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Gunter Digby, Male Human [Permalink]

Personal [hide]

Description: A plain young-adult man, he is dressed in a clean violet cloak covering his clean studded leather. He has black hair. He has a dull look in his green eyes.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. During his travels, Gunter and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Gunter discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Gunter fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he desires power and/or immortality
