Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a white vest and prefers blue and green shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His red hair is matted, messy, and big. This blue eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Stableman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and revenge

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Ruler.

Personality: He is a Spice Merchant first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He got into the Spice Merchant business at a young age. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Dean never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

History: Thomas lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Human compassion; and doesn't want to be a ruler and was forced into it by his family
