History: Manfred hails from a village terrorized by drow. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he wants revenge against drow

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and to find somewhere to settle down

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and regain custody of his son

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: With yellow face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears dark leathers with embroidery. He has a very tight haircut. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Manfred was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
