History: Manfred was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Farmer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has worked as a Farmer like his mother before him.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Fisher. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Cory was born with his father's beautiful face. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Ralf hails from a village terrorized by drow. A freak accident while working with his Fletcher father left him crippled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and revenge

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of orcs
