History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Charles was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Hunter. History: Born in the east to a Cook, Randal learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He tends to his Cook job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
