History: Bertram lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Bookbinder business.

History: Lance was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural.
