Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

History: Lance was born with his mother's beautiful face. In his youth he was a Fletcher, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lance fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He wants revenge against goblins; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion.

He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: He was born in the north. He worked as a nervous Animal Trainer and found it very stressful. He tends to his Animal Trainer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Animal Trainer responsibilities is difficult.

History: Born in the south to a Blacksmith, Ralf learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Blacksmith. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
