History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

Description: This western man is abnormally tall. He wears grey painted combat armor at almost all times. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His silver hair, when down, is lengthy. His violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 96. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: Richard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Richard was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Stableman. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he feels threatened by others

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears a grey tunic with black highlights, and long pastel pants that bunch up around his shoes. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Gerald alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he prefers to wear flannel. He has dyed his greying white hair a little too much giving a sharp white color. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: Born in the east to a Fortune-teller, Charles learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Charles never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: This late middle aged man wears black trousers with grey and tan striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts and is in decent physical shape. He has a very tight haircut. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He works hard and plays hard.
History: Norman hails from a village terrorized by brigands. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Norman grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Norman. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and revenge
