Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. After coming to the age of reason, Charles took it upon himself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
