Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His first spouse was a Butcher, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
