History: Hugh was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He struck the Fletcher job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and expand his business

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing music.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Bellfounder. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

History: Arnold lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has achieved small success as a Server.

History: Born to a Healer, his father struggled to pay the bills. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He became a Mortician soon after.
