History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Simon was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Body Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Body Guard and was forced into it by his family; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Butcher father left him crippled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
