Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Manfred isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Manfred was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. Manfred abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Bernard's homeland. Bernard decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To end his boredom.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bernard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears a simple brown robe with tan stripes complete with hood. His hair is long and blonde with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is white, braided, and well cared for. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. He wears a top hat to hide his balding. His gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. Chad enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Chad was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: To protect his home; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
