Description: He stands about 5'9" and wears a tan cloak and cross-gartered blue stockings. His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. He has a long red beard with little hanging trinkets. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: Roland wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. Gerald was born on a far southern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Scribe. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
