History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Cartwright for the past few years.

Description: He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'5" when asserting himself. His black hair is singed and shortened. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the east. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. His childhood dream was to be a Knight, but he was a colossal failure. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To be a Knight again; and balancing his hectic life and new spice merchant responsibilities is difficult

History: Nicholas hails from a village terrorized by brigands. A gifted student he started as a Ploughman, but he got bored and became a Bowyer. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. Gunter is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Gunter lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and an old rival family wants him found
