Personality: He is a Dilettante first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: Ralf was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Dilettante. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Dilettante.
