History: He comes from a rich northern family. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Manfred hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Beggar hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.
