Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Sage but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He became a Sage soon after.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Richard was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and retire the richest man in the east

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he dresses well, wearing tan shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His auburn hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and an old rival family wants him found

History: He was raised in a island tribe. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Farmer.
