The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: He was born in a small forest village. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He struck the Carter job and began his own company from there.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Shipwright. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shipwright for hire.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and expand his business

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Randal liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He's also a talented Unemployed, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
