Description: He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes., and carries rapiers. His long chestnut hair reaches down to his waist. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Sage arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears a brown vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His tan leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his brown boots flare out at the collars. Sporting a golden mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears an entirely white suit with violet socks and a vest with buckled shoes. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized black coat, marred by beers. His tied-back hair is chestnut. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Shepherd but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Thomas fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Roland is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
