History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Gifted from a young age, Raymond studied abroad. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
