History: Gerard was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Clerebold hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. After a long history of fighting, Clerebold and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and many gnolls want him driven away

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born into a rich family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 5 years.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. He wears his black hair up in a very large beehive style do. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Scribe born in the past three hundred years. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Scribe and occasionally as a mercenary.
