Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Thomas was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Armorer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
