History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Cory grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Diggory was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Knight hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
