History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: Born to a Ruler, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying north to reunite his family. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Map Maker and was forced into it by his family; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers
