History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. He keeps his long auburn hair kept up in a rat tail. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady blue eyes.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Dustin grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Dustin. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
