Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Manfred's homeland. Manfred decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Manfred was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.

He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the east. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and retire the richest man in the east

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

He wears a feathered hat to cover his moderate length silver hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Ralf hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Ralf alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Gardener.

History: Born to a Glassblower, his mother struggled to pay the bills. A freak accident while working with his Glassblower mother left him crippled. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Glassblower. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion
