History: Robert was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Robert alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Nicholas was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor.
