Personality: He is a Fletcher first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Diggory was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has worked as a Fletcher like his mother before him.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Simon lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Simon was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Bellfounder. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Bellfounder for the past few years.

Motivation: Expand his business.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Miles was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. A freak accident while working with his Fletcher father left him crippled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
