History: Shane hails from a village terrorized by giants. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Shane alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Shane was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, he wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. Sporting a blonde mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He has a dull look in his blue eyes.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: Born in the east to a Carter, Don learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Don took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up bastard sword and armor he uses now. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. The war was a terrible time for him, and Cory does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His druidic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He became a Dyer soon after.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He became a Carter soon after.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Raymond never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it
