History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
