History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Theodoric was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Theodoric fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Patrick grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His first spouse was a Mason, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Cartwright for the past few years.

Motivation: To be a Dilettante again.

He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Carpenter but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
